These terms govern your use of our planning poker application designed for agile teams to estimate work items.

Our services are designed to help teams collaborate on estimating work items. You must follow any policies made available to you within the services.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not misuse our services or help anyone else do so

Our privacy policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when using our services. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our privacy policy.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Sharing inappropriate or offensive content during sessions
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to access other users' accounts

When participating in Scrum Poker sessions, you agree to:

• Respect the voting process and other participants
• Not manipulate or attempt to influence other participant votes
• Keep session links private and share only with intended participants
• Not use automated tools or scripts to interact with the voting system

When creating and managing Scrum Poker rooms:

• Room creators are responsible for managing access to their rooms
• Rooms may be automatically closed after extended periods of inactivity
• We reserve the right to close rooms that violate our terms of service
• Room data may be deleted after a certain period of inactivity

Regarding your session data and information:

• Session history is stored for a limited time based on your plan
• Voting data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We do not store or process any sensitive project information
• You can request deletion of your room history at any time

Regarding service uptime and availability:

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all paid plans
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance
• We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions
• Real-time features may be temporarily limited during high load

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
